The following terms set out the basis for purchasing tickets for your guided tour at Titanic Experience Cobh Limited. Please read these Terms carefully, as you agree to be bound by them by doing the following actions:
  • Purchasing a ticket online, over the phone, or at the building's ticketing desk or through an authorised third party booking site/agent.
  • Purchasing a voucher online or in person at the building's ticketing desk.

By purchasing tickets for Titanic Experience Cobh Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and have read and agree to use the information you provide us with.

All persons wishing to purchase tickets to visit Titanic Experience Cobh Ltd do so subject to the following terms and conditions:

PURCHASING TICKETS

Tickets can be purchased via our website https://www.titanicexperiencecobh.ie/, by telephone at +353 (0)21 481 4412, at the ticketing desk within the attraction or through an authorised third party booking site/agent.

You will receive an email with a Booking Reference Number and a QR code after purchasing a Ticket on our website.

This email serves as your purchase confirmation. Please double-check that you received this email after making a purchase. We will not be held liable if you do not receive this email owing to factors without our control, such as junk or spam filtering.

The Booking Reference Number must be presented at the ticketing desk to gain entry to your Titanic Experience Cobh guided tour.

Because discrepancies cannot always be corrected, you must double-check the accuracy of the information on your email confirmation or Tickets (where applicable). Please keep your email confirmation and Tickets in a safe place as we cannot be held liable for any Tickets that are lost or stolen.

Admission is only valid for tickets purchased directly from us and our authorised third party booking sites/agents. Unauthorised third-party tickets, such as those obtained on internet auction sites, are not valid for admittance.

Once your tickets have been purchased, the booking is non-changeable and non-refundable except at the absolute discretion of Titanic Experience Cobh Ltd.

PRICING TICKETS

All prices are quoted in Euro. Whilst Titanic Experience Cobh Ltd reserves the right to increase or decrease our prices at any time before you book, once your booking is confirmed the price of your Booking, as stated in the Confirmation Email, will not be increased.

An Adult is considered by a person aged 19 to 65; a person aged 16 to 18 years (or with a valid student ID) is classified as a Student; a person aged 5 to 15 is classified as a Child. Children aged four and under will not be charged an admission fee; however, each child aged four and under must present a valid Ticket at the specified Allocated Entry Time to be admitted (please include them on your booking). A person aged 65 and more is classified as a Senior.

Tickets for groups of TEN or more people may be available at a discount. Please contact our Groups Team at +353 (0)21 481 4412 or go through our website for more information.

GENERAL TERMS

A single Ticket permits one individual to attend on a single occasion. To re-enter the experience after you have exited, you must purchase a new Ticket.

At all times, the tickets are our property. We reserve the right to demand the immediate return of the Tickets at any moment and reject access or remove anybody who violates these Terms.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and void if altered once obtained, whether by purchase or as a gift. We will not accept tickets that we have reason to believe have been transferred or changed. Tickets cannot be resold. Any such resale will result in the Ticket being declared void.

No two special offers can be used in conjunction with each other.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel a Ticket, please contact us as soon as possible at +353 (0)21 481 4412 or info@titanicexperiencecobh.ie, after which the email confirmation and Tickets will become void. We are under no obligation to provide refunds if you cancel a Ticket; nonetheless, any such return is solely at our discretion.

We have the right to cancel a Ticket in exceptional circumstances beyond our control, but we will make every effort to tell you as soon as possible. If we have to cancel your Ticket, we will reimburse you the full amount you paid.

TIME ALLOCATED FOR ENTRY

Once purchased, your ticket must be redeemed on the date and time stated on the email confirmation. It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to ensure all parties booked on the guided tour arrive on time. (We recommend guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour time selected).

Unfortunately, it is not always possible to accommodate late arrivals on subsequent tours that other guests have reserved. It is the sole responsibility of the bearer of this ticket to check the opening times and tour times of Titanic Experience Cobh Ltd.

CONDUCT RULES

Under Irish Law, smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas. Any behaviour likely to annoy other visitors is not permitted. Visitors are expected to respect and conform to local laws and customs. If, in Titanic Experience’s opinion, a visitor is behaving in such a way as to cause danger, distress or annoyance to others or damage to property, they may be removed from the building without refund. In addition, they must meet any expenses incurred due to such behaviour.

Only food and beverage purchased from Titanic Experience may be consumed at the same Attraction.

No dogs are permitted at Titanic Experience Cobh except for registered guide dogs/assistance dogs.

It is expressly forbidden for you to copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the experience's content. Copies or attempts to duplicate the copyright-protected materials on display inside the experience are illegal.

Anybody discovered harming or defacing any component of the experience or building will be prosecuted by Titanic Experience Cobh Ltd.

SECURITY

As otherwise permitted by Titanic Experience Cobh Ltd, all persons entering must hold a valid ticket. Tickets must always be retained and submitted for inspection if required. Any person attempting to gain admission without a valid ticket may be ejected.

To keep our guests secure, we have strict regulations and procedures in place. Staff may attract visitors' attention to specific health and safety regulations that must be followed from time to time.

Visitors must follow staff directions if they are alerted of a Health and Safety procedure (for example, an emergency evacuation).

An adult over the age of 18 must accompany children under the age of 15. The safety and comfort of our guests are our priority.

Titanic Experience Cobh Ltd reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry to or remove from its premises or the vicinity any person who:

  • Has been convicted of a criminal offence, which, in its opinion, is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors.
  • Has behaved in a manner that is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors.
  • Has used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may cause a breach of the peace.
  • It is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

Titanic Experience Cobh Ltd, will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all its exhibits/ displays are open for use by visitors during regular opening hours. However, Titanic Experience Cobh Ltd reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, whether for safety reasons or otherwise, and with or without prior notice, to close its Attraction or any part of it. In the event of such closure, Titanic Experience Cobh Ltd will refund any visitor the cost of their prepaid ticket. Otherwise, Titanic Experience Cobh Ltd shall have no liability whatsoever, including no liability for travel expenses or other out-of-pocket expenses.

PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIAL

Photographs taken using handheld cameras or smartphones are permitted in all areas of the experience. However, video recording is not allowed.

The photographs are for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. Pictures and photos cannot be reproduced in any format or media other than for private viewing without our permission.

We or an authorised third party, may photograph and/or record at the attraction from time to time, and any photographs and/or recordings may include guests. You agree to us using such images and/or recordings for advertising, promoting the attraction, (such as on our websites, social media sites and pages, partner sites, outdoor advertising, and brochures), and for our internal purposes, and you authorise us to edit, modify, publish, and make such images and/or recordings available. You understand and agree that you will not be compensated if we utilise such photographs and/or recordings for the purposes outlined above.

If any of the building's visitors are under the age of 18, you, as their parent or legal guardian, consent to using their image and/or recordings for the purposes stated above. You acknowledge that we and/or any authorised third party own the copyright in such photos and/or recordings. You hereby grant us and/or any authorised third party all rights in such images and/or recordings of you and/or recordings of your children.

USAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal information is exclusively used in compliance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. Please read these carefully since they contain important terms relevant to you.

CHANGES

We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms at any time by contacting you or posting new Terms on the website. You may not change these Terms unless we agree to it in writing. The Terms in effect at the time you purchase your tickets will apply to you. You may want to print a copy of these Terms with a date-stamp for future reference.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

If for some reason you are unhappy with any aspect of your Booking with us, we ask that you write to us, care of The Visitor Experience Manager, Titanic Experience Cobh Ltd, Casement Square, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland or email info@titanicexperiencecobh.ie. Where possible, please quote the relevant Booking Reference Number and provide all other relevant information.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS

10% – Early Bird Discount:
The early bird discount is only available for the 9:00 am/ 9:15 am/ 9:30 am/ 9:45 am/ 10:00 am/ 10:15 am/ 10:30 am or 10:45 am timeslots. This offer is valid ALL YEAR, subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

20% – Super Early Bird Discount:
The discounted ticket offer is only available for the 9:00 am, 9:15 am, 9:30 am, 9:45 am, and 10:00 am timeslots. This offer is valid from September 1st to 30th, 2023, subject to availability. Please note that this offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. The management reserves the right to remove this promotion at any time and without prior notice.

USING YOUR DISCOUNT CODE

The details of the promotional discount will be set out in the description of each specific promotion.To use your Discount Code, you must enter the code shown when placing your order online in the shooping cart section (for purchasing tickets) or checkout (all products except tickets). You cannot use a Discount Code in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers, unless the specific terms relating to the Discount Codes state that you can combine it with other offers. The Discount Code will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to each Discount Code, or before subject to availability of which we will notify you via social media or e-mail. The Discount Code will no longer be valid after the expiration date. Discount Codes have no cash redemption value.
